Had such an amazing experience with Stephan during our home inspection. This was my husband and I's first home and Stephan made sure to be very thorough and provided us with as much information to complete a very detailed inspection. We recommend Steele and Associates to anyone looking for a professional who truly knows what they're doing!! 10/10

Great experience! Flexible, on-time and very thorough.

Easy to read report with photos that can be easily forwarded to building supervisor for new construction.

Took time to explain each issue found and suggest remedy.

Teasonablevprice, value for your $$$.

professional, thorough, friendly, helpful, honest, fair price -- what more could you ask? Matt was a warm, competent inspector who went the extra mile to ensure he did a thorough inspection. Stephan arranged the inspection within 24H and was a great guy to work with also. Kudos to a fine team! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Stephan did a timely and thorough residence inspection for our new home in Latitude Margaritaville, as well as a wind mitigation inspection for our home insurance provider. I was pleased with the level of detail and pictures provided.

Steele was very accommodating with our tight schedule
For the inspection. The inspector was very through and took time to explain everything he found and answer questions. The report came back immediately and was very clear and detailed.

I would highly recommend this company!
